Federal Company Registration
The company must first register with the Securities and Exchange Commission of Pakistan (SECP) as a legally recognized corporate entity.
Interior Ministry NOC
Obtain a No Objection Certificate from the Ministry of Interior, Government of Pakistan, before commencing any operational activity.
Provincial Licensing
Secure an operational license from the provincial government — issued by the Home Department, Government of the Punjab.
Director & Staff Vetting
Directors and staff must clear antecedent verification by Police / Special Branch. Ex-army directors require certification from GHQ.
Document Submission
Submit the prescribed application along with company documents, attested CNICs & photographs of directors, and a valid office lease agreement.
